Letter from the President
April 18, 2007
Dear Clients, Partners, and Friends,
With 2007 upon us, I’d personally like to thank each and every one of you as we commemorate our 50th year in business.
With your support, we’ve achieved an important milestone for both our company and my family. When my father, Andrew N. Roupas, started Credit Adjustment Board in 1957, he had few clients and even fewer resources. He focused on growing the company by building strong relationships with our clients based on honesty and integrity. It wasn’t always the easy thing to do, but he was always committed to doing what was right.
Today, as we celebrate our Golden Anniversary, his vision of fair, ethical and straightforward business continues to guide our company, even as we embrace the latest technology and techniques to further the business goals of our clients.
We have recently upgraded to a second-generation computer system which better utilizes the power of the internet to streamline the collections process. This major investment in our infrastructure will allow Credit Adjustment Board to more effectively aggregate, analyze, and act upon information, all from within a Windows-based environment. Additionally, our new server architecture incorporates the automation of routine processes, and is supported by dual T1 broadband connections for even faster information reporting.
These improvements would not have been possible without the continued support of our clients, partners, and friends. We’re confident that our business philosophy, combined with the latest technology and a loyal staff, will allow us to serve you better than ever before.
For all of your collections, skip-tracing, and billing support needs, feel free to call J. Paul O’Connor, Jr., Vice President of Sales. Mike has been with Credit Adjustment Board for 10 years, and assists clients in Virginia and across the southeast. He’ll work with you to develop a plan of action that addresses your needs and fulfills your company’s mission.
Again, on behalf of the entire Credit Adjustment Board family, thank you for 50 wonderful years. I’m excited about the future, and together, we’ll make that future a brighter and better place.
Sincerely,
Nicholas A. Roupas
President and CEO
