Welcome to Credit Adjustment Board Inc. online.

Credit Adjustment Board is a locally owned and operated full service collection agency located at 306 East Grace Street in the heart of Metropolitan Richmond. We have continuously operated in the downtown area since 1957. Throughout these years, our dedicated staff has returned to the credit grantors of Virginia millions of dollars in gross collections. Our staff today is challenged by previous accomplishments and remains dedicated to the service of our clients.

Credit Adjustment Board is located in the Heart of Metropolitan Richmond.

We feel we offer a superior collection performance, but also accurate record keeping and documentation furnished in a timely fashion.

Credit Adjustment Board currently operates out of its own 12,000 square foot freestanding building. We routinely employ a full staff of 25-30 people. Our yearly average client placements over the last several years have been over $50,000,000.

Credit Adjustment Board was founded through honesty, integrity and hard work. Our growth has mainly been from referrals, a fact we proudly boast. We have developed, through years of experience, an effective system that gives us a high recovery percentage: possibly the highest in collections in the State of Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.

President Nicholas A. Roupas has over 25 years of experience servicing clients' needs with Credit Adjustment Board.
